The Lake Cottage

Here is a little gem of a 1950's house on beautiful Alligator Lake, St Cloud renovated in 2018.

This time capsule property needed loving and sympathetic renovation from the inside out. The bones were great, concrete blocks built to custom standards in 1950 with a classic clay barrel tile roof. The plan was to renovate the property to a modern standard, without losing character. I believe we achieved the complete renovation whilst keeping a rustic, lakeside, cottage feel.
