The Lake House

This 2500 square foot house and separate double garage with apartment was built on an elevated position with stunning views over Alligator Lake, St Cloud. The customers vision was to create the look of a fishing lodge with a modern yet rustic appeal. The plan was adapted to create a high vault with rustic cross beams, shiplap living area with white shaker kitchen and full length porch with retractable screens to take advantage of the views. In addition, the customer required a deck for a built in stone BBQ and lake viewing. There was also a pavilion built with a stone outdoor fireplace and seating area at one end of the pool.
